Innovation Legacy Map
Step 2 of 3 Part Series Exploring Innovation, Mapping, and Design Fiction
For my Innovation class, I was asked to do research on a topic and make a diffusion map showcasing my findings. I decided to explore when and why skincare started to become popular, and amongst which stakeholders. This topic really interests me, as this may be an industry that I hope to work in later on in my career. I hoped to ultimately find out when clean beauty and skincare came to be, and how it continues to evolve every day. I focused on three themes in my research, which are socio-cultural, marketing and business, and science.
Beauty Industry, Research, Design, Innovation, Mapping, Prototyping, User Experience, Trend Analysis
